User Friendly
The user friendliness of CattleLink as well as its practical design was largely responsible for the positive reception the program received. With the National Livestock Identification Scheme having become a reality, we found many beef producers were re-evaluating the way they keep cattle records. Many expressed their desire to improve their cattle identification and on-farm management systems, intending to use NLIS as the tool to achieve the same. CattleLink is to program to achieve these goals.

Increased Network
HerdLink was pleased to receive international interest in their CattleLink program from England, Canada, New Caledonia, and the Faulkland Islands. New contacts have also been established within the various states of Australia, which will lead to additional appointments of CattleLink agents, thus increasing the sales network.
